There is a massive amount of lore behind this talisman. It was once owned by the great and evil ruler of Kourend, thousands of years ago. It has been teleported throughout the entire world of Kourend.

Well, I have notoriously terrible RNG. I've cleared that area a dozen times now and no drop. Then again, I've done the "Krieg" loop (killing all 3 bosses that can drop Krieg's set items) over 75 times on Elite/Ultimate and not gotten a single Krieg item to drop yet (if the published 3-5% drop rate is accurate, I should have gotten 7-8 drops with average rng luck). Raids. Probably the easiest way of getting them. If raids is out of the question then check out other two. Thieving lizard men chests. I would say you get a talisman every 20minutes or so +fangs. Pretty easy to get to and it's decent theiving xp. What you're doing now lol. ….
