Apr 28, 2017 · Line up one of the threaded holes of the barrel nut, with the top of the receiver. Now put your low profile gas block and gas tube on. Then slide the handguard over the barrel nut. Loosely install the 6 supplied screws into the holes. Line the handguard up, and tighten down the screws. Now your done with the installation. I have a smoke composites for both of my AR 308 and wwsd. It is a very nice handguard, very light, titanium barrel nut. My only word of advice is not to get it cerekoted, because it is a bitch to get back onHere is a picture of my Sig MPX PCC with a long Smoke composite handguard.
